1. Cancellations by Clients

  • Clients may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be refunded.
  • If you wish to reschedule, please use the link provided in your confirmation email at least 24 hours before your appointment.

2. Cancellations by PurpleMind Therapy

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be offered either a full refund or the option to rebook at a later time.

3. No-shows

  • If a client does not attend the session and has not canceled in advance, no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Stripe).
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
